At Xenqovaris S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Xenqovaris”) we process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001 and the complementary rules issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect first name, last name, email and, where applicable, tax identification (CUIT/CUIL) to sign loan agreements. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type and pages visited.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send information about investment projects, manage your investor account, comply with legal obligations (UIF, AAIP, CNV), prevent fraud and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 Law 25,326), the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms (CNV General Resolution 717/2018).
5. Recipients
We share data with: technology providers (AWS São Paulo hosting), custodian banks (Banco Galicia), auditors (Pertusi & Asociados), the National Securities Commission and the Financial Information Unit when legally required.
6. International transfers
Some transfers occur to countries with an adequate level of protection recognised by the AAIP. Where no adequacy decision exists, we apply standard contractual clauses and additional technical measures.
7. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to meet the stated purposes and, in any event, for 10 years from the end of the relationship, in line with tax and anti-money-laundering rules.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion at any time by writing to privacy@xenqovaris.com. You can also file a complaint with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
9. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption, MFA, access controls, backups) aligned with fintech industry best practices.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of any material change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
