These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of xenqovaris.com, operated by Xenqovaris S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789432-5, registered office at Av. del Libertador 1234, Floor 8, C1425 CABA, Argentina, registered as a Collective Financing Platform with the National Securities Commission under No. 1287/2022.
1. Acceptance
By using the site you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service offered
Xenqovaris facilitates the connection between real estate developers and individuals or legal entities willing to finance them through loan agreements, under Law 27,349 and CNV General Resolution 717/2018.
3. Investor requirements
To invest you must be at least 18 years old, an Argentine tax resident or comply with the regulations for foreign investors, and complete the KYC/AML process. The maximum annual limits per project are those established by the CNV.
4. Risks
Real estate investments may result in partial or total loss of capital. Xenqovaris does not guarantee returns, timelines or project completion. Each project includes an audited prospectus detailing the specific risks.
5. Fees
Xenqovaris charges a 2.5% success fee on generated returns and an annual management fee of 0.8% on invested capital, in accordance with the fee schedule published on each project page.
6. Intellectual property
All site contents (brand, logos, texts, photographs, code) are owned by Xenqovaris S.A.S. or used under licence. Reproduction requires written authorisation.
7. Anti-money-laundering
Xenqovaris is a Reporting Entity before the Financial Information Unit (Law 25,246). We may request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of funds.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
We may modify these terms. Updates will be published on this site and will take effect 15 days after their publication.
